I made my own pizza today. It looks a little cheap (what you would find at a baseball/hockey game), but it was certainty tasted and smelled yummy.
It was a pretty simple process. My mother helped me make the pizza sauce from a recipe she found online. It was basically tomato paste with a bunch of different spices added in for flavor. The cheese was hand-grated and the dough was rolled into a square because anything bigger wouldn’t fit in my mini-oven.
It only took 16 minutes to cook, which is awesome. The pizza was a little too spicy and I got sauce all over my hands, but it certainty beats paying an exorbitant amount of money to buy a professional pizza + tip if it’s being delivered. My wallet is bound to get bigger now that my main expense is taken out of the equation.
